Our wholesale manufacturing division focuses on producing quality PVC and mesh outdoor blinds for both commercial and domestic purposes. Our manufacturing techniques and methods ensure our blinds can withstand extreme weather conditions, therefore producing a high quality and long-lasting product.

Our PVC blinds are made from the same material as our boat covers: 1mm Japanese Quality Clear PVC. This material offers UV inhibitors, anti-stick and anti-static components so it will remain clear for longer.
We manufacture our blinds with 24mm strong webbing, sewn beside each zip. This webbing connects to a galvanized steel base bar which is sewn to the fabric with supporting webbing.
Our blinds feature webbing hurricane straps which secure the base bar to anchor points, so the blind material will not bear the load when strong winds are present.
We manufacture our PVC blinds using a UV stablised bonded polyester marine thread. This gives our blinds a major advantage, as it will look good in years to come, unlike other outdoor blinds which can stiffen and crack.
